Just a few kilometers from the center of Rossano, Tenuta Ciminata Greco is an excellent starting point for visiting some important recreational and cultural sites.

In the center of Rossano, you can visit the Cathedral and the Diocesan Museum, where the Codex Purpureus Rossanensis (a UNESCO heritage artwork) is preserved. Within a short distance, you’ll find the Church of Santa Maria del Pathirion, the Amarelli Licorice Museum and Factory, and the Ducal Castle of Corigliano. About half an hour’s drive away, you can explore the archaeological park of Sibari, with significant evidence of our ancient Greek civilization.

The famous Sant’Angelo beach, with several equipped beach clubs, is only 5 kilometers away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. For those seeking attractions and entertainment, the Odissea 2000 water park (one of the largest in Europe) is approximately a 20-minute drive away.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts should not miss the hiking experiences in the Pollino and Sila National Parks or the Raganello Gorges. If you love adventure, we recommend rafting on the Lao River.

Where we are

Tenuta Ciminata Greco is located in Corigliano Rossano, in the urban area of Rossano. Its privileged location makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the beauties of the region.

In just a few minutes by car, you can visit the historic center of Rossano with the Diocesan Museum, where the Codex Purpureus Rossanensis, a UNESCO heritage site, is preserved. You can also visit the “Giorgio Amarelli” Licorice Museum, the Abbey of Patire, the Ducal Castle of Corigliano, and the archaeological park of Sibari.

Furthermore, at approximately 50 kilometers away, you can visit the Sila National Park, the Pollino National Park, and the historic Albanian community of Civita, which is located within the natural reserve of Raganello Gorges.

By Car

[Nord – South]
A2 Autostrada del Mediterraneo – exit Sibari. Proceed on SS 534 direction Taranto. At the intersection, turn right direction Rossano- Reggio Calabria. Go straight for approx.. 20 km. At the roundabout, take the first exit on the right (via Madre Isabella De Rosis). Proceed until next roundabout. Take the first exit on the right on the right and go straight for approx. 800 mt. Turn left and follow direction to Tenuta Ciminata Greco (approx 300 mt).

[From Nord]
SS 106 direction Reggio Calabria, exit Rossano. When in Rossano, take the first exit at the roundabout (via Madre Isabella De Rosis), At the second roundabout.take the first exit on the right and go straight for approx. 800 mt. Turn left and follow direction to Tenuta Ciminata Greco.

[From South]
SS 106 direction Taranto, exit Rossano. Take the third exit at the roundabout(via Madre Isabella De Rosis). Proceed until next roundabout. Take the first exit on the right on the right and go straight for approx. 800 mt. Turn left and follow direction to Tenuta Ciminata Greco (approx 300 mt).
